The Cemi

The Sun Of Jayuya

The Mural of Zamas was discovered by the land owner Don Luis Reyes. The Mural measures 10-15 ft. high by 15 ft. wide. It is a rocky refuge in the shape of a wing on which the Taino Indians left their prints in time through a series of petro glyphs. Among these prints is El Sol De Jayuya the most well-known petroglyphs in all of Puerto Rico. This petroglyph was named by Walter Murray Chiesa.
